Aim for Every Day! Your pup needs at least 30 minutes of daily exercise. Here are some tips to keep him or her healthy...
Keep up the pace. Most people walk their dogs too leisurely for 20-25 minutes a mile. Your Dog Walker helps to keep him/her engaged to keep them moving. The benefits are mental as well as physical. Exercise prevents and resolves 95% of behavioral issues. Young dogs benefit from 1 to 2 long walks a day at least an hour minimum each walk, and just playing in the yard doesn't count. Walking gives them the intellectual stimulation and changing up the route or time of day helps to prevent boredom.
