Meet and Greet Snapshot
We begin with a Meet & Greet to get to know you, your pet, and your home. During this visit, we review your pet’s daily routine, special or medical needs, veterinarian and emergency contact information, and schedule requested visits. Contracts are completed, two sets of keys are securely collected and tested, and a 100% payment is required at booking. Throughout your time away, we ensure your home is secure after every visit and provide detailed visit reports. Once you return, you’ll confirm your arrival, we arrange key return or secure key storage for future services, and the remaining balance is finalized.
