We are SO GLAD we found HH&W! They have been visiting our almost 11 year old lab daily for a couple of months. From the original meet & greet visit with the owner Carol, through all the visits, we have been extremely happy. We have mostly had Niko taking our girl out but have also met Stephanie as Niko's backup.
They are both FABULOUS!!
They are on time, very caring and gentle with our "old girl", professional and very pleasant. We have enjoyed getting to know both of them and have total confidence in them. Everyone at HH&W has also been VERY flexible and supportive as we deal with a family health issue. When my husband was unexpectedly hospitalized recently, I reached out to them immediately and with very little notice, they completely "stepped up to the plate"! We went from 1 visit per day M - F to 2 visits per day 7 days per week. It has been an absolute relief to know that these great people are taking care of our lab while we are focused on these health issues. I can't say enough good things about HH&W, especially Niko & Stephanie, and look forward to continuing to work with them. We highly recommend them!!

I have been using Hooves, Hounds, Whiskers Petsitting for over 3 years. Whether we are away for one night or 3 weeks, I feel confident that my Cat and Koi fish are getting the best care possible. Carol and her staff go beyond the normal requests to make sure they are well taken care of and keeping me up to date with daily texts and pictures; and even offer suggestions to better care methods. They also keep an eye out for my home and perform any extra tasks that I request. They are amazing!

"We have a pair of rescued cockatiels who just happened to mate a month after we adopted them, and yes, babies! They mated again last summer but we did not think the eggs would hatch due to the way the mom was behaving. Well, we were going on vacation and hired HHW to sit for us. Guess what? Yup, two babies while we were gone. Carol (Our HHW person) went above and beyond by coming more often to check on them, and when one wasn't doing well and was being kicked out of the nest, she took him home to nurse him. Sadly, he passed (too under-developed), but what an incredible job! "
